This Privacy Policy describes how Dryve Compliance, LLC (“Dryve,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses personal information through this website (dryve.llc) and through inquiries you send us. It does not describe how we handle Customer Confidential Information under a Statement of Work — those obligations are set out in our Master Services Agreement.
1. Who we are
Dryve Compliance, LLC is a Louisiana limited liability company headquartered at 70380 Highway 21, Suite 2 #116, Covington, LA 70433. We operate two business units — Dryve GRC (advisory and managed services) and Dryve Studio (vertical SaaS, including EvangelOS) — and we are the data controller for personal information described in this policy.
2. What we collect
We collect a small amount of personal information, only what we need to respond to inquiries and run a basic business website.
2.1 Information you provide directly
When you submit our contact form or email us, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, work email, organization, role, and the contents of your message. When you book a working session through our scheduling page, the booking provider also receives your name, email, and any meeting details you enter.
2.2 Information we receive automatically
When you visit this website, our hosting provider and security tools record standard request information — IP address, user-agent, referring URL, request timestamps, and the resource requested — for purposes of operating the site, preventing abuse, and meeting our information-security obligations. We do not deploy advertising trackers, cross-site profiling cookies, or third-party analytics that build behavioral profiles.
2.3 Information from spam protection
We use Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form to distinguish real submissions from automated traffic. reCAPTCHA collects hardware/software information and behavioral signals from your device and sends them to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
3. How we use it
We use personal information to:
- Reply to your inquiries and route them to the right practitioner.
- Schedule and conduct working sessions, demos, and follow-up conversations.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the website (access logs, abuse detection).
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations that apply to us.
- Improve the content, structure, and usability of the website over time.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it to train third-party AI models.
4. Legal basis (where applicable)
For visitors located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
- Legitimate interests — to respond to inquiries, secure the website, and operate our business.
- Consent — for any optional communications you opt into.
- Legal obligation — when required to retain or disclose information by law.
5. Sharing & service providers
We share personal information only with the service providers necessary to operate the website and respond to inquiries. Each is contractually bound to use the data only on our behalf:
- WPEngine — website hosting and access logs.
- Zoho CRM (Zoho Corporation) — intake of contact-form submissions; the lead record lives in our Zoho instance.
- Zoho Mail — the inbox we use to reply to your message.
- Zoho Bookings — the scheduling tool used at booknow.dryve.llc.
- Google reCAPTCHA — spam protection for the contact form.
- SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) — transactional email delivery.
We may also disclose personal information when required by law, when responding to lawful government requests, when investigating fraud or abuse, in connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, financing), or with your consent.
6. Cookies & similar technologies
This website uses a small number of essential cookies — for example, the WordPress session cookie if you log in to administer the site, and cookies set by Google reCAPTCHA when the contact form is loaded. We do not set advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tags. If your browser is configured to block cookies, the contact form may not function.
7. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal, accounting, and contractual obligations:
- Inquiries that don’t become engagements — retained for up to 24 months in our CRM, then archived or deleted.
- Inquiries that become engagements — retained for the duration of the engagement and as required by our records-retention obligations.
- Server access logs — typically retained 30 to 90 days, longer if needed for security investigations.
- reCAPTCHA assessments — retained per Google’s policies.
8. Security
We protect personal information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with our practice as a security and compliance firm — including encryption in transit, encryption at rest where applicable, least-privilege access controls, and a written information security program. No safeguard is perfect; if we ever detect a breach affecting personal information, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to limited exceptions.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Receive a portable copy of your information.
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@dryve.llc. We will verify your request before acting on it (typically by confirming the request from the email address on file) and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights.
10. Children
This website is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact privacy@dryve.llc and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and the personal information we collect is processed in the United States. If you submit information from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required (for example, transfers from the European Economic Area), we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, post a notice on this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
