DRYVE STUDIO  ·  VENTURE STUDIO + SAAS

Vertical SaaS, born from the field.

Dryve Studio takes problems we’ve lived through with services clients and turns them into software that scales beyond any one founder’s hours. We only build where we have direct domain expertise, where security and compliance are part of the moat, and where the underserved buyer needs a partner who thinks like a CISO.

Studio thesis · 3 pillars

We only build where all three are true.

Discipline is the studio. We say no to the obvious, the trendy, and the adjacent — and yes to the unglamorous markets where the customer is paying somebody for the wrong answer.

01
Domain expertise we earned

We don't enter markets from a slide deck. Every studio bet starts with a problem we encountered as practitioners, on real engagements, with skin in the game.

02
Security & compliance as moat

In the verticals we choose, the buyer is a regulator, an auditor, or an insurer in disguise. Building security-first from day one is structurally hard for incumbents to match.

03
A buyer the giants ignore

We pick markets the enterprise SaaS world has under-served — categories where the customer needs a partner who treats their data the way they wish everyone else would.

EvangelOS

The Operating System for the Modern Ministry.

A pastor shouldn’t need to understand PCI DSS to take a secure online gift, and a children’s ministry director shouldn’t need to read a privacy policy to keep families’ data safe. EvangelOS handles those concerns by default — so leaders can focus on the ministry.

Studio operating model · 5 stages

How a venture moves from concept to operating company.

Each stage has a kill criterion and a graduate criterion. We say no often, and the bets we say yes to share platform, brand, and back-office leverage from day one.

01
Concept

A problem surfaces through services work or first-principles research. We write a one-page brief and pressure-test it against the studio thesis.

02
Validation

Discovery interviews, ICP definition, willingness-to-pay testing. We don't advance until the buyer has paid for something — even a paid pilot.

03
Build

A small, senior engineering team using the shared platform stack — WorkOS, Drizzle on PostgreSQL, Stripe, Aikido, GCP — so we never re-litigate the foundation.

04
Launch

Disciplined GTM with AI-augmented sales motions and a deliberate design-partner cohort. We sell only to the customer the thesis describes.

05
Operate

Dryve retains majority ownership. Portfolio companies share back-office, security posture, and brand discipline — so each new venture starts with leverage.

Compliant. Secure. Growing efficiently.

One working session and a 90-day plan. Senior practitioners, modern tooling, transparent pricing — no procurement cycles, no compliance theater.
